Parents ‘We need you!’
To further support parental engagement and communication between school and home we have decided to trial out the role of two Parent Class Representatives in each class across our school. Being a Rep is an important role and very rewarding - for full details and to sign up click here.
Free money advice course for parents/carers
The 8 week accredited course will be delivered by Money A+E, an award-winning social enterprise providing money advice and educational services. The course will include personal budgeting, savings, debt, benefits, financial terms and an introduction to mentoring. Each student will also be supported with personal debt advice. Zumba Workshops for parents
You will be happy to know that Zumba will be starting again next week, Tuesday 15th January 9-9:50am. Please note, this is a Womens Only class. Our Zumba teacher Sandrine is also a parent here at Bush Hill Park Primary, she ensures everybody is warmly welcomed into the group. No need to book in advance, just come along. All you need are your trainers, a bottle of water and £2 entry fee. If you would like to speak to Sandrine in advance please let the office know and we will pass on your details to her.

NSPCC’s PANTSIn our PSHE lessons this term, we will be discussing the NSPCC’s PANTS rules. These are designed to teach pupils how to stay safe from sexual abuse, without giving explicit information or telling scary stories or even using the term “sexual abuse”.
